Individual therapy is in-network via Headway, or available self-pay ($190 for 45 minutes, $250 for 60 minutes). Clinical supervision and institutional partnerships and trainings work are billed separately. Reach out and we can figure out what fits.
Therapy sessions are held via telehealth throughout New York State. Eco-therapy sessions, which work with nature as part of the healing process, are held in person. Partnerships, training and consulting for organizations can be delivered virtually or on-site.
Therapy and clinical supervision are one-on-one, individual-facing work for adults and social workers pursuing licensure. Partnerships and trainings are institution-facing for organizations wanting sustained, embedded support for their staff, rather than a one-off workshop.
Yes. Katherine is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and therapy, supervision, and partnerships & trainings are all available in both languages.
